There is no limit to how many minutes you enter and no minimum - the goal is to get you moving more, moving intentionally, focused on being healthier!

Any exericse that you are adding to your daily schedule, for the benefit of improving your health counts.

You don't have to join the weekly Saturday events to participate, they are designed to connect you to the community and have fun but are not obligatory.
