About the Challenge

 

This year's event is an individual challenge. Register on "Let's Walk" by clicking here.  Each week you:

  • can log your minutes of exerercise, defined as something you are doing extra in your day to receive the health benefit

  • will be entered into a weekly drawing if you log minutes

  • will receive healthly living inspiration and information.
